Well its Monday morning. Plumber has been round already at 9am to check manual. Again. Before going to pick up part. So at 10.15am I am sat here reading Software Estimation and wondering where he went for part and exactly how long I am going to be here today. At least I have avoided the Hip Hop line chaos that no doubt was taking place at 8am this morning!
Aah he is back here we go...
