This evening I was late out of the office - so legged it to the pool - splashed in at 6.30 and by 6.53 had swum 31 lengths. The best bit? There were only 2 of us in the pool and the lack of people meant I could really push myself.. brilliant. Not even many people in the changing room.. definitely a tops way to end the day...
Knackered now tho.
But aiming to listen to as much of the Murray v Federer game as possible!!
