A day of watching Stage 1 of Le Tour de France (ITV4), interspersed with the British Grand Prix (ITV1), back to the Tour and then a 3 hour 45 minute mens tennis final at Wimbledon (BBC 1 & 2). Needless to say the only exercise I got today was in my remote control button channel changing finger!

I agree! It was ace just sitting and watching it! See all those Chateaux of Kent! And last night - crikey the pil up at Ghent looked horrific... such speeds. Ouch.

Kent looked very lovely from the footage. The French names made me laugh - liked the church of le Baptiste Jean...
The crashes are always cringey, particularly the way they scramble back on before assessing how mangled they are. Ouch.
